Cut straight across and open the briefcase(?) ahead of you to find a LEMI – recoil compensator for your pistol. In the next hallway, there’s an easy-to-pick lock on your right (we’ll get it in a second). Continue around and smash the crate for handgun ammo, and then check the fireplace for rusted scrap.
